She has written several bestsellers on hormones, gives lectures, is the founder of the Hormone Magazine and the Hormone Club and has helped thousands of women to balance their hormones.
She also discovered a painful fact: the medical world often still uses a 'one-size-fits-all' model, while women are biologically fundamentally different from men and are structurally underrepresented in research.
