Warranty and complaints
At Viv Support, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your order. However, should anything not be right, we are happy to assist you.
Check your order upon receipt
We ask you to check your order upon receipt, and within 7 days at the latest. If the quality or quantity does not match what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible.
Report a defect or complaint
Have you discovered a visible defect? Please report this within 3 days of delivery, together with your proof of purchase. The defective product must be returned.
Is there a defect that only becomes visible later? If so, report it within 7 days of discovery, together with the proof of purchase.
We will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. In the event of a justified complaint, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a (partial) refund.
If we cannot resolve this together, you can appeal to the dispute resolution procedure.
Returns
Not satisfied? You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your order without giving a reason. The product must not have been opened or used and must be returned in the original packaging. The return costs are at your own expense.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the same account number you used for payment.
