Al heel lang was ik op zoek naar een goede eiwitpoeder zonder suiker die lekker smaakt en mijn smoothies een beetje dikker maakt. Dat was nog niet zo eenvoudig, want heel veel eiwitpoeders hebben een hele nare bijsmaak. En dat gaat echt tegenstaan. Tot ik de eiwitpoeder van Viv had geprobeerd. Die is qua smaak gewoon subtiel. Niet te zoet en vult ook goed in een smoothie en bijkomend voordeel is dat hij ook collageen bevat. Dus ook nog eens top voor je huid en nagels. Ik ben fan!

Als eigenaresse van mijn eigen sportschool Healthy Happy Moves met het geven van 16 lessen in de week is eiwit voor mij heel belangrijk voor mijn spieren. Ik ben 51 jaar oud dus investeren in mijn gezondheid blijft heel belangrijk en het extra stukje collageen wat ook nog aan dit supplement is toegevoegd maakt het voor mij helemaal compleet. Daarbij heb ik ook nog de cursus Hormonaal in Balans en Fantastic 40+ gedaan wat mij een heel happy persoon maakt 😊. Lieve allemaal, wat een fantastisch product is dit. Het resultaat met je huid is fantastisch. Eet gezond, gebruik deze shake en met een paar dagen zie je de glans op je huid al terugkomen. Laat staat wat het in je lichaam doet wat je niet eens ziet. Wat tot slot een enorm voordeel is dat deze collageen & vegan proteïneshake van Viv healthy prima smaakt in tegenstelling tot veel andere merken❤️

Mijn grootste favoriet is de eiwitshake! Heerlijk door een smoothie of met alleen amandelmelk na het sporten. Ik heb amper meer spierpijn en voel me snel weer fit na een uurtje Crossfit. De smaak is heerlijk, ik kijk er elke keer weer naar uit!

Usage

Dissolve 1 scoop (70 ml = +/- 30 g) of powder daily in 250 ml of water. Preferably mix this product in a shaker / blender with (plant-based) milk/smoothie or water. A measuring scoop is included.
Also try Viv's favorite recipe for a basic green smoothie: put 200 ml almond milk or coconut water, 1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop collagen/protein powder, 50 g spinach, 50 g frozen blueberries, and 1/2 avocado into the blender. Blend away... And enjoy!
