Usage

• Dissolve 1 scoop (70 ml = +/- 30 g) of powder daily in 250 ml of water. Preferably mix this product in a shaker / blender with (plant-based) milk or water. A measuring scoop is included.
• Also try Viv's favorite recipe for a basic green smoothie: put 200 ml almond milk or coconut water, 1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop collagen/protein powder, 50 g spinach, 50 g frozen blueberries, and 1/2 avocado into the blender. Blend away… And enjoy!
• Also try Viv's favorite pancakes. Ingredients (for 1 person: +- 7 small pancakes): – 1 banana – 2 eggs – 2 tablespoons (gluten-free) oatmeal – 3 Brazil nuts (for your portion of selenium) – 20 grams plant-based collagen protein powder – 1 tablespoon flaxseed – 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds – a splash of plant-based milk (almond/oat/rice) – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – 1 teaspoon butter/coconut oil – 1 tablespoon almond paste – fresh fruit of your choice, such as pomegranate.
• Mix all ingredients (except the almond paste and the fresh fruit for the garnish) in a blender.
• Heat the butter or coconut oil in a frying pan until the butter/oil is hot.
• Pour the pancake batter into the pan (make 3 small pancakes) and cook for a few minutes over medium heat. Make sure the heat is not too high, otherwise they will burn quickly.
• Flip the pancakes over with a spatula and cook for a few more minutes on the other side.
• Then pour the rest of the batter into the pan and bake the remaining 2-3 pancakes in the same way.
• Delicious with some nuts, pomegranate seeds, and a dollop of almond paste.
