Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day on business days. This means that you will normally receive your package within 1 to 2 days on business days.

The shipping costs are €4.95 per order.
Shipping abroad varies by country. For Germany and Belgium, the shipping costs are €7.50.
Pro-tip: the supplements generally have a very long shelf life, so you can easily order multiple jars at once. Also, check out the subscription options for extra discounts! Plus, it's good for the environment to have fewer packages delivered!

If you have not received a package from us after 3 days, please check your track & trace code to see if your package has been delivered to a Post NL point or to your neighbors. It happens very often that your package is left at a Post NL point without you receiving a note in your mailbox! If your package is at a Post NL point, it will be automatically returned within 14 days. So make sure you act in time! Also, check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there.
Please note! As of July 1, 2022, PostNL will no longer leave a note if a parcel delivery driver has found a closed door. PostNL will inform you by email or via the PostNL app if you are not at home during delivery.

We advise you to carefully check whether you have ordered the correct products before placing your order. As soon as your order is placed, our shipping partner will start packing it for you almost immediately.
Your order is often shipped the same day. Due to this fast process, it is usually not possible to change your order after it has been placed. Should you realize very quickly that something needs to be adjusted, please send an email to klantenservice@vivsupport.nl . We will try to help you as soon as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee anything.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. As soon as we have received your return order, the money will be transferred to the same account number used for payment.
Please note: you are responsible for the proper delivery of a return. If your return shipment is not received because something goes wrong during shipping, this is at your own risk.

Do you want to return a product yourself? You can return an unopened product within 14 days. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs if you wish to return it yourself. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose, but usually amount to €6.95.
When returning an unopened product, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the product, minus any discounts you received from us. We do not refund any shipping costs paid upon return.

When processing returns, we always first check if the recipient still wishes to receive the package. It happens very often that a package is left behind at a Post NL point and is returned as a result. Therefore, always check your email to see if we have asked you a question about this. Please note: Also check your spam folder, as it occasionally happens that our emails end up in your spam folder.
