Please note that a subscription can be cancelled at the latest 48 hours before the next delivery; otherwise, the change will only take effect after the delivery. You are not bound to the subscription for a specific period and can make changes at any time via your profile or by contacting our customer service.

We will only credit your credit card once the products have been shipped from our warehouse, and you will receive an email with tracking information before delivery. If you wish to subscribe to multiple products, you can first add all these options to your shopping cart to then check out the full order. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email also contains information on how to log in to your account to manage your chosen subscription.

Do you want to return a product yourself? You can return an unopened product within 14 days. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs if you wish to return it yourself. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose, but usually amount to €6.95.
When returning an unopened product, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the product, minus any discounts you received from us. We do not refund any shipping costs paid upon return.
