Not completely satisfied with your order? That can happen, of course. Below, you can read exactly how returns work and what you need to keep in mind.

When can I return a product?

You can return an unopened product within 14 days of receipt . The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Received a wrong or damaged product?

Have you received the wrong product or has something gone wrong with your order? We are, of course, very sorry to hear that. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible via info@vivsupport.nl . We will work together to find a suitable solution.

How can I return a product?

Do you want to return a product yourself? Then follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@vivsupport.nl and indicate that you want to register a return.

2. Pack the product well (unopened and undamaged)

3. Send the package to the return address below
