The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to every offer on www.vivsupport.nl. By using www.vivsupport.nl, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree without reservation to be bound by them. These terms and conditions apply in the absence of other written agreements between the buyer and Vivonline BV.
Your consent to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service is deemed to take effect immediately after you first use www.vivsupport.nl. If you do not agree to act in accordance with these Terms of Use, stop using the website immediately. This agreement applies to you.
1. Placing orders
1.1 Conditions for placing an order
If you wish to take out a subscription with Vivonline BV (see section 3), you must be 18 years of age or older.
When you place an order via our website, the system automatically sends you an order confirmation by email containing a list of the products you ordered and an order number. This order confirmation serves as your electronic receipt showing that we have received your order. At the same time, it confirms that we have entered into a binding agreement. However, we reserve the right to modify or cancel your order if the information provided by you is incorrect (see section 1.2 for more information).
1.2 What should I do if I have provided incorrect contact details?
If you provided incorrect or insufficient contact details when placing the order, or if you provided an incorrect delivery address, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible via info@vivsupport.nl so that the error can be corrected and you receive the correct information regarding your order. We will do our best to correct the error before shipping the order.
However, if incorrect or insufficient information is entered and is not corrected in time, you are responsible for the package containing your order being sent to an incorrect address. Vivonline BV does not replace packages sent to incorrect addresses and does not cover the costs of resending packages (e.g. payment of return costs or new delivery costs) resulting from incorrect information entered by you at the time of placing the order.
2. Payments
You cannot combine two or more discount codes for the same purchase. Discount codes are not valid for the purchase of products with a subscription.
The payment is not debited immediately after you have entered your payment details. The payment is only reserved. We will only withdraw the reserved amount once the order has been approved and the product has been packed and shipped. Payments on the webshop are processed via an encrypted server on a third-party payment gateway. See our privacy policy for more information regarding our processing of your payment data. The privacy policy is available on our website (see also section 9 of these General Terms and Conditions).
3. Subscription
3.1 About the subscription
Have your products delivered automatically and periodically to your home with a subscription. Signing up is completely free. You receive a fixed discount on your subscription items, depending on the option you choose. The subscription is non-binding, and you do not sign up for it unless you choose to do so. By default, all items are purchased as a one-time purchase. A subscription is an additional service that we offer.

This is how you start a subscription
- Choose a product you want to subscribe to
- Choose how often you would like to receive the product
- Add the item to your shopping cart and complete the purchase.
3.2 The subscription
When subscribing, you choose how often you wish to receive the selected product(s). Viv Support will then ship the product(s) at your chosen interval. This occurs once per selected period, until you cancel or modify the subscription for the individual product. The package will be delivered to the nearest DHL parcel point.
3.3 Being a Viv Support subscriber
When you sign up for a product subscription for the first time, you are registered as a Viv Support subscriber. This means that we store your payment details and delivery address in a personal account. If you are subscribed to multiple products, the same payment method is used for all products. You can, of course, always update this information in your profile.
3.4 Termination and changes to the subscription
You can make changes to a product subscription at any time, or terminate the subscription entirely. Please note that a subscription can be cancelled at the latest 48 hours before the next delivery; otherwise, the change will only take effect after the delivery. You are not bound to the subscription for a specific period and can make changes at any time via your profile or by contacting our customer service. Please note that it may take 2 working days for the change to be processed by customer service.
Viv Support has the right to cancel your subscription at any time, naturally only after delivery of the paid products.
3.5 Subscription discount, prices and discount codes
You always get a 10%-15% discount on products with a subscription.
- With monthly delivery, you get a 10% discount on your product.
- With delivery every 3 months, you receive your 3 months' supply in one go with a 10% discount.
- With delivery every 6 months, you get your 6-month supply in one go with a 15% discount and a free travel case for your supplements. Handy if you're going away for the weekend!
The exact discount is displayed on the product page. When you subscribe to a product, a discount code or other promotional offer may apply. Discount codes do not apply to subscription products.
3.6 Automatic payment for subscriptions
As soon as you have signed up, the payment will be processed automatically. We will only credit your credit card once the products have been shipped from our warehouse, and you will receive an email with tracking information before delivery. Because it is a subscription, this happens monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually with each renewal.
3.7 The subscription is free
There are no extra costs associated with a subscription, so you only pay for what you receive. On top of that, you get a 10%-15% discount. We are here to make your life a little easier and cheaper!
However, please note that you cannot use discount codes when purchasing products with a subscription. See also section 3.5.
4. Right of withdrawal, replacement and returns
4.1 Cancellation conditions
Viv Online BV grants you a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive the item. If you have ordered different products in the same order and these are delivered separately, the cancellation period runs from the day you receive the last product (however, we strive to deliver all products at the same time – see also point 3.2.).
This means that you have 14 days after receiving your product to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase. Send an email to info@vivsupport.nl if you wish to cancel your purchase.
Please include your order number, contact details, and indicate whether you wish to exercise your right of cancellation and/or replace your product with one of our other products.
If you cancel your purchase or wish to exchange a product for another, you must return the unopened product in question to the following address:

Return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Otherwise, you risk losing your right of withdrawal.
All costs related to the return of the product are at your expense.
Replacement
If you wish to replace a product, you must also report this within 14 days of receiving the product. In addition to the costs of returning the originally purchased product, you must pay the price difference if the replacement product costs more than the originally purchased product. If the replacement product costs less than the originally purchased product, we will refund the price difference.
4.2 Conditions for returning products
Products must be returned in the same condition as much as possible as they were received. You can return an unopened product within 14 days. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs if you wish to return it yourself.
Please ensure that the product is returned carefully packed in secure packaging. The basic principle is that you are liable for any transport damage, and we therefore advise you to always return the product with track and trace.
4.3 Rights of withdrawal for gift cards
Gift cards purchased via our website are issued electronically by email. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be used for any purchase on www.vivsupport.nl.
You can cancel the purchase of the gift card within 14 days of purchase. However, you cannot cancel the purchase of the gift card if you have already redeemed (used) the gift card.
4.4 Refund of the purchase amount
When you cancel a purchase and the purchase amount is refunded to you, the amount is always credited back to the account linked to the debit card or payment method used for the order. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days from our approval of returned products until you see the amount in your bank account.
5. Complaints
5.1 Conditions
Any defects or faults regarding products/goods supplied by Viv Online BV must be reported within 2 months of becoming aware of the fault. It is your responsibility to indicate how the fault or defect manifests itself. If you notice a defect or fault, please contact Viv Online BV within 2 months.
In principle, you can only file a complaint regarding defects that appear within 2 months of receiving the product. For products with a limited shelf life, the period during which you can file a complaint is tied to the shelf life of the specific product as indicated by Viv Online BV.
We would like to point out that we do not offer a “satisfaction guarantee”. The fact that, for example, you do not like the smell or taste of a product, have had an allergic reaction to active ingredients clearly indicated on the product or product page, or in situations where there is nothing wrong with the product, does not constitute a defect covered by the right of complaint.
5.2 How do I file a complaint?
If you wish to file a complaint about a product, please contact info@vivsupport.nl. Send us your order number, a photo of the product, and a description of the defect. Based on this, we will decide whether the product needs to be returned.
If your complaint is approved and we require you to return the product, we will reimburse the reasonable costs for returning the product.
If we need to examine the product to further assess your complaint, the product must be returned to us. In this case, you are initially required to bear the costs of the return shipment. If the complaint is subsequently upheld, the costs for returning the defective product(s) will be reimbursed to you (reasonably). In such a case, you must be able to provide a receipt for the costs relating to the return shipment of the product(s), so it is important that you keep this.
If the complaint is not honored, we will return the product to you and you will not receive a refund for the shipping costs related to your complaint.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. As soon as we have received your return order, the money will be transferred to the same account number used for payment. Please note: you are responsible for the proper delivery of a return. If your return shipment is not received because something goes wrong during the shipping of the package, this is at your own risk.
5. Processing of your personal data
When you use our website www.vivsupport.nl and purchase products through our webshop, we collect and process your personal data. Therefore, we have drawn up a privacy policy that describes how we process your personal data, including the purposes for which the personal data is processed, how long the personal data is retained, and what rights you have.

6. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions were last updated on 26-01-2024. We reserve the right to update the General Terms and Conditions regularly. All changes that are not favorable to the consumer will be published with due observance of the notice period prescribed by law.
