Ordering and shipping

On this page, you will find all information about placing an order, shipping, and delivery.

Order

After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email . Haven't received it? Please check your spam folder .

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can track your package.

Shipping & delivery time

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day .

In most cases, you will receive your package within 1 to 2 working days on business days.

Postage costs

• Netherlands: €4.95 per order

• Belgium & Germany: €7.50 per order

• Shipping costs for other countries may vary by country.

Delivery

Our packages are shipped via PostNL .

Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then your package can:

• be delivered to the neighbors, or

• Will be dropped off at a PostNL pick-up point

PostNL no longer leaves a note. You will receive a notification about this by email or via the PostNL app.

Packages remain at a pick-up point for a maximum of 14 days and are then automatically returned.

My order has not yet been received

Have you not received a package after 3 working days ? Then first check:

• The status of your Track & Trace

• Whether the package was delivered to neighbors or a PostNL pick-up point

• Your email and spam folder

Are you having trouble or have you not received a Track & Trace? Then please contact us via klantenservice@vivsupport.nl .

Change or cancel order

Always check your order carefully before finalizing it. Orders are processed almost immediately and often shipped the same day.

As a result, it is usually not possible to modify or cancel an order. Do you notice an error immediately after placing your order? Then please contact us as soon as possible via info@vivsupport.nl . We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee anything.

Smart ordering

Our products generally have a long shelf life . Therefore, you can safely order multiple products at once. This is not only convenient but also better for the environment because fewer packages are shipped.
